Of course with all of the transparent manipulation by the brokers, broker-dealers, and market makers, one has to wonder who at the SEC, FINRA, and the DTC is aiding and abetting?

I told Batman and Robin about this and the cape crusaders are on to this criminal aiding and abetting manipulation by market makers, the DTCC, SEC and FINRA. Lol.
