Not saying report from Oilphant that FPSO is headed for Block 1 is true but Fishdog gave a reason why it COULD be used now. I had only thought of an FPSO for production storage and had not thought of it's use in well testing. Hope report is true but not a believer yet. I appreciate all posts that help broaden readers insight into the oil industry and operational workings.
