FYI this will be the last week to buy at these levels. Debentures will start settling with OCFN afraid that the stock will go to zero. 2nd round of buybacks from syndicate happens next week once debentures have negotiated payment. How will they be paid? By the monies being raised through the preferred stock offering. Also expecting quiet period to end soon so some news can be released on new acquisitions
