Alan, if your memory is correct and Vivek was becoming less involved in the everyday details of Sigma while pursuing some other interests, then my overall take is that his dimished efforts on behalf of developing and marketing PR3D are not an impairment. Just look at the various steps that Sigma has acomplished since October 2013 - go the Sigma website and read that PRs from October 13 to Jan 2015. There have been many significant accomplishments in the process of developing PR3D, resulting in a commercial product at the current time which should include the DEFORM module by the end of the quarter. I do not know that a 100% presence by Vivek would have accelerated the process, and even if it did acceerate the process that it would have resulted in revenues arriving earlier. Sigma is still waiting for GE, Honeywell, Boeing, Alcoa, etc to say that they are ready. Sigma is the tail on the dog. This one is not going to operate strictly on Sigma's schedule.

Other than foregoing whatever salary Vivek might have made by continuing to focus on SGLB rather than a new endeavor, he is giving up nothing. His stock will be worth what it will be worth.

It appears to me that Sigma is doing just fine on the developmental sequence and schedule. If this was easy, it would have already been developed. If it was easy, it would be a lot less valuable due to competition. The barriers to entry are high and Sigma has no currently known credible competition for the space that they are trying to fill.

patience and GLTA
