The seller was an old employee who left before the FXCM IPO. He was given shares and he has been selling them monthly since. He sold the last of his shares last week. He is not nor has not been a employee since FXCM went public. He is irrelevant. He was selling long before what happened with the Swiss currency. He has not been an insider since before the IPO on the NYSE!
