Actually you are wrong. Owoo is a 34 act company so they have to send out notice to all shareholders and go through sec comment period to increase a/s.

If they wanted to do it covertly they would never have filed to be a 34 act.

If the company is scary just don't invest.

176 million shares in the float, 196 outstanding out of 500 million authorized. Ummm. That clearly spells out no reverse coming. And as far as the notices, check out the sec website where it explains the requirements for corporate actions regarding an amendment to the articles, which an increase in as is.
