I urge everyone go to the SEC website link below and fill out the electronic complaint form, Today. Her actions have been, at very least, reprehensible and as I see it, criminal. A second and probably more important Agency is the Postal Department. Don't be fooled by the name, "Postal Department".. Their authority has been expanded by Congress to include stock fraud. Their website for filing a complaint is listed below. Fill out the first two sections and jump to the bottom (additional information) with a description of your complaint. A cut and paste of my post might be helpful.
I believe the first thing that needs to be determined is whether there were any acts or failure to act by any of the Parties which would be construed to be criminal. If not criminal in nature, then what if any is the Civil liability of any one of the parties involved.
I would also like to know what legal defensive actions by any of the Parties during the past year and a half were set in motion. I believe we all need to know what assets are where, and if any Party to this Action has transferred any assets in the past year and a half.
