String look closely at the survey. It clearly shows the name Future World. Lease followed by survey is the proper order. I have no concern about Salida. It looks like that may not work out and if it doesn't we will learn about it in due time. The focus should now be on the new location as the hurdles may not be as significant as the other location. It is now moving in the right direction. I feel your concern but simply disagree.
