I agree that it's futile to discuss the why's and what's on both sides. No one knows anything (at least they shouldn't). There could be a million reasons for people selling. Guy needs money, sick of waiting, thought he'd here something right after mediation, fed up with lack of filings, etc etc.
What's not speculation and what many on the negative side continue to ignore is the fact that there WAS a mediation conference and JNJ and DECN were involved. For all the various things getting thrown around here (LOL ;) ) that is the major elephant in the room. How it plays out is anyone's guess but to completely disregard the fact that there is a legit case going on shows something IMO

This is a long shot,and getting longer.

I agree with Mr. S,the company should keep it's yap shut. That Dec 3 PR was a bunch of crap.

Someone lightened up today or management sold stock.

Last fall we were talking about having JNJ right where we wanted them. Imminent settlement speculation of anywhere from $15-75 million.

The longer this takes,the more it's in JNJ's favor.
