Truthfully, I could not remember nor did I ever know who was the first.

I just acknowledged that maybe that other company that You mentioned first [the one on that Fifth estate program]was the first one.

They did mention one of them as the first when they interviewed the CEO[Private Company].

Not privateer investments either.
