For each higher exchange the better the money flow. Just from going from pinky non reporting to fully reporting OTCQB its can be 5-10 times the money flow. But the next level of NASDAQ or NYSE its another 3 times the money flow from the OTCQB or OTCQX. So you potentially could have 30 times the money flow when it up lists but there would be a reason for it like 500 wells already drilled or pending and capital raised.
