if you ever worked with municipalities you will see that the license timeframe is usually stated and rarely is it followed


NO - I am not having memory loss

it ONLY has been 9 months since last May when they first announced that they were getting into the sector

my experience is 18 months average (i have seen less and also more time)

I am willing to give them this chance

I am not promoting

I am simply stating my opinion

and they need to get to work!!!!
