My theory on the subject.
FD are meeting investors in HK/PRC and does some DD during the first 2 weeks in December give or take a few days. All of a sudden we have an urgent r/s(one reason being what you just wrote about the $5/per share) and when it's effective this ARCA guy immediately shows up buying almost every day until today, before that we didn't see much of them on the bid side. Without any doubt they have been most aggressive and largest buyer since r/s.
Of course it could also be a Swedish institution/big investor waiting for the DD that FD conducted in the PRC, I'm pretty sure it's linked to FD and his trip anyway and it doesn't even rule out ECAB :-)!
