And that is why we are flirting with the 52 week low and GZ can barely endorse us??? IMO, no way we hold the 52 week low and only reason GZ even brought us up is that IB side if the house is desperately trying to put together another PPHMP offering.

Last, what does it say when our preferred shares are paying in excess of 13% at current prices that they can't even maintain?!?!?
