It is not confidential when you make reference to those statements in a press release or interview. Bill stated quite clearly he had a 45 minute discussion with a minister from Health Canada, he had an email from HC asking him to hurry his build out. The email confirming it is not confidential, the information Bill quoted was - he was attempting to create the impression of a special relationship. I check with the Health Ministers Office at the time and Ms. Ambrose clearly stated to me there was no special treatment or special requests made of anyone. If it is confidential why did Bill make reference to it? Confidential means you say nothing, you keep it quiet so the competition does not know you have a special relationship with HC. If the information is confidential, why did Bill release it? He may as well show the email since he referenced it. Because Bill knew he was only trying to create an impression of enjoying a special relationship with HC, he made that quote publicly, otherwise why give up a special edge? Why alert the competition you have an inside track? Your logic is not logical.
You know as well as I an astute businessmen would keep any mention of enjoying an inside track confidential. Why have your competition clamouring for the same treatment. And really, CEN at the time was nothing more than an idea. They have zero experience at growing medical mj, zero experience in the field at all at that time which was January when he made those statements. Just like his comments to a Detroit paper when he claimed he had several lawyers petitioning the federal government to grant him a license. If Petitioning means submitting an application then fine, but again, he was attempting to create the illusion of special effort, special treatment, special relationship. All bullshit and now the smell is sticking to him.
