Abe, the cell membrane has been acknowledged to play a central role in cancer transformation for almost 40 years
This is simply WRONG, and is the sort of "off-the-cuff" comment that gives this Board the bad-vibe that it has.
How can you say this? Have you read the literature? Phophatidylserine externalization makes the outer cell membrane more electro-negative, thereby setting off a chain of immunosuppressive events.
Do you understand cell membrane electrical potentials, electro-magnetism, capacitance, induction et. al. and their role in immunosuppresion?
Answer: No, you don't. I haven't seen posts from you in this regard.
Did you know that Bavi potently suppresses MDSCs by hiding PS externalization but that Docetaxel does so as well? (yes, THAT Docetaxel in our SUNRISE study).
Did you know that MDSC suppression is now considered crucial in emerging anti-cancer therapies?
These articles have NOTHING to do with PPHM and nothing to do with Bavi. They are NOT from UTSW. They are from the medical literature. There are THOUSANDS such articles on the cell membrane, MDSCs, M2 to M1 macrophage polarizations, and so much more.
Might I suggest you read one.
I'm hoping this response doesn't get banned, Abe, because I'm not attacking you, I'm just encouraging you to READ. You will be a LOT more optimistic about what's to come with SUNRISE.
