FITX are asking for confirmation of fact from the writer but Bill makes statements that investors believe without asking for confirmation from Bill. Bill has stated HC said certain things, he said those things in public. So where is the proof he is not lying? If you ask for proof from a critic, you must also ask for proof from those backing up Bill. You cannot cry foul by using a double standard of proof. Bill has not provided one iota of proof his claims to investors, or those he convinced to invest in FITX by way of his public statements, are indeed factual. He claimed in June the building was ready to go, pharama grade facility, they can begin growing as soon as they get the license but later statements state that is what the building would look like once completed. So what is it, finished or not. The New York Post interview said it was completed. But Bill likely will claim, as always, he was misquoted.
