Thank you for reminding us that Alonzo Pierce knows EXACTLY why the label approval has been delayed and has elected to keep that information to himself.

"This column gives the average number of days it takes to process your application, from the time we receive it until we either approve or reject it. This includes any time spent sending electronic applications back and forth for correction."
Apparently the application has been reviewed and the label either rejected or sent back for correction. The CEO knows which of those alternatives is the case and has decided that the company's shareholders and potential investors are better off without that information.
The above assumes that this company statement from November 20, 2014 is true:
"Now that the flavor recipe is approved, the AFLD will review the application for and Certification/Exemption of Label/Bottle Approval (COLA) submitted by Top Shelf Brands as the final step in the approval process."
