t.s. is another insider I know about that apparently thinks he has been shafted by the ntek principle and main insiders and is now very unhappy. Insiders of ntek are listed as shareholders of record on nteks stock report.
You're a common shareholder in street name and ntek and principles couldn't care less that you're a cat, or human being.
