Have they had set backs yes all businesses do, but frankly why are you more trustworthy?

my opinion is that INCC is new (9 months since the announcement of getting into this sector),

they are still working on getting a license,

it has not happened yet.

without the license, they can not legally grow and sell a harvest

they are working on the license with this FWDG lease

before when they made announcements, I agree, we did not see the documents

but at least with this FWDG lease, we are able to see it on the 8-k

that is better then simply an announcement in my opinion

I like how they moved forward with the Survey today, they posted that as well

that is another step closer to achieving the license

That may have been true in the past but asking for and getting verifiable facts will assist all of us in making better decisions. We know that penny stocks come with high risk high reward but doing constant DD will help the odds for success.
