Offshore hedge funds don't put up $2.50 per share to short, they put up squat. I know what the rules say. It would be nice if the criminals did not break the rules but they do every day.
The criminals do not willingly report their crimes either. Shorts are in the danger zone now with NTEK and if the company releases the right news we have liftoff. Go NTEK!!!
