I know this chart looks ridiculous... but it's really what should be understood when thinking about where this could go. The last reported O/S of 238,000,000 (130,000,000 public float and then 100,000,000 of preferred 144 shares that are most likely in the market now?) is down from 330,000,000 o/s when this stock was first listed at 30 cents.

The stock price deflated and never had anything to bring it back up, so we sit here in limbo with the axis tilted to the upside. What goes down must go back up?
