FFGO - Simply put, Dividends are housed in NMGL. That is why many of us are eagerly awaiting information from NMGL. Is it a pipe dream to think we will get info from NMGL? No. According to GNCP's financial statements, management wants to get NMGL's filings current.
Simple. Don't let the long 8-K's intimidate you. Pour yourself a beverage and sit down and read them (with attachments). Not that difficult.
