Hopefully the bottom is in with oil prices with the rig counts dropping like a lead balloon, and with Ebola looking like it's running it's course, hopefully Tullow will finally get off thier ass and drill the well they said they would drill a year ago. Those weasels knew that Ray picked them because they could drill for HDY with a rig nearby soon and even passed up bids with more money and they screwed HDY big time the way I see it.
