yeah, lol, he doesn't understand it... there can be no certs issued without his signature on a corporate resolution for the issuance and in todays environment it would also require his cooperation to assist in the deposit

he is not lying when he says the company is not selling shares but you can bet you azz that he knows the person holding the note that is converting
