I clearly stated that his title has changes but his "role" has not over time. It is a very small start-up. Roles do not change. Titles do. We are not talking about a huge corporation. Everyone is reading into this way too much IMO. Think what you would like but regardless, the company as a whole has not changed, just some words. Sheesh
