Think hard now. Do you remember when Roche/Baxter deals were signed that we had access to the contracts and little was redacted? We knew the 3 Roche targets within days from an article that was quickly removed and had to wait over a year for them to be revealed by Roche.
Point is, we knew a lot more then, that is now redacted or deleted. For example where sales milestones are triggered, tighter royalty guidance. The Roche and Baxter contracts were different for obvious reasons in different size of contracts and potential. One example is the canceled deal that we were to get 10% royalty for one drug with much smaller market potential.
My memory, Roche paid mid single digit and Baxter paid high single digit royalty. What sticks in my mind is 5% for Roche and 7% for Baxter. $300 mil sticks as a sales milestone but no idea who it is for.
Do you have any recollection of those deals? I know you can't be sure but interested if you have memory or impressions from those early days.
