click the blue "upload images" button at the top.

Select Browse your computer and find the picture file.

It should then say "You're uploading 1 image"

Click "Start Upload"

It will then upload the photo.

Once uploaded, it will have some links on the right side of the screen. Look for one that looks like this: {img}imgur.com/JSDF124{/img} and then copy and paste that here.
