THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG

In legal matters it's important to have factual evidence and conclusions based on REALITY, so as to NOT attempt to influence others to believe something that is simply and explicitly, NOT TRUE.

Now let's see the judge's final order on this case...

1. OOOPS....First it was "DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE"
Now "with prejudice indicates MISCONDUCT on the part of the party who filed the claim and FORBIDS that party from refiling the case"

WRONG! FACT IS, "Dismissed with prejudice” does NOT indicate misconduct, to suggest as much is erroneous and misleading. Such a phrase is standard legal language when cases are dismissed from a court. A case is either dismissed with prejudice or without prejudice. The difference between the two is that “with prejudice” precludes the party from re-filing the same case in THAT PARTICULAR court. Check with a REAL AND LICENSED LAWYER to verify this FACT.

2. Also - the judge ordered the illegally obtained judgement against ORRV be STRICKEN.

WRONG AGAIN!! FACT IS, the Order does NOT in any way or manner provide that the ORRV judgment was obtained illegally. The judge would have indicated otherwise if that was the case, which he did NOT. The Order merely indicates that it is "stricken", OR NO LONGER IN EFFECT. Nothing more, PERIOD.

3. So the judge laughed Nether's sorry butt out of court. And I love the way he did it with bold print and CAPS, since that seems to be the only thing Nether understands.

STILL WRONG!!! FACT IS, the bold and capitalized language does NOT imply anything specific, other than to demonstrate the court’s decision, and it certainly does NOT imply misconduct or any impropriety. This is FACT once again, VERIFY with a REAL ATTORNEY .... NOT just BASELESS no information opinions, ALL of which are 100% WRONG.

ONCE AGAIN, In legal matters it's important to have factual evidence and conclusions based on REALITY, so as to NOT attempt to influence others to believe something that is simply and explicitly, NOT TRUE.
