Building more machines? Do they have a machine now? If so it must be small enough to fit into a cubby at the leased corporate office suite. What exactly will these machines do?
What makes you think that any money raised is for machines?
I would think that any proof concerning the technology would be a first (I think you should have also included something about cost effectiveness) and that would qualify as a milestone and we would have been informed by the CEO if he was being true to his word.
1. Again- no reason to believe the money is for machines. fsnr has never proven it can design a machine that does anything. (Do you have insider info?). 2. What major market possibly exists that would contract for purchases unless it had tried out the product and what "major" would only try out $17 (or $33) worth??? 3. Any amount is more than fsnr can produce.
Why do none of the supporters acknowledge the part of the Form D that refers to the fact that any money raised in this offering is "being made in connection with a business combination transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or exchange offer" ??? That is a fact...machines are fantasy.
