NDOL We need more details. This is a reverse merger meaning that NWOC will likely merge into the NDOL "shell" (but not necessarily so). The new entity could also merge into a new shell. NDOL shares might be "valued" at $2.20 (actually $2.23), but not necessarily trade at $2.20. What it trades at will consists in part on how many outstanding shares as well as assets, revenues and earnings brought in by NWOC. The key word here is "valued." It does not mean price.
