I just sent an email to management regarding their share holdings and the different ways they can convert their shares to preferred shares in order to reduce the o/s and a/s which would make the stock extremely more attractive to investors. It costs them nothing to do this and they could get the o/s way under a billion just by changing their shares designation. They could also lower the a/s as well.
