I don't believe it would or they would have done it, how do shareholders know when this supposed reduction takes place and how do you know when they are gone for good, pink sheet = unaudited Financials and nothing has to be verified , uplisting would instill lists of trust instead of all this other bullshit bit th en again you would need a real outside auditors to find out and publish the truth, might scare them a little bit
