No one currently has assigned rights in the STPEEZ.

Re: Bls 5&6 - as I understand it, ERHC declined to exercise their rights in those two blocks, then changed their mind when OBO-1 came in big time. In trying to renew their 'claim' with the JDZ, apparently they were informed that since they had declined it was a done deal. It may turn out to be a 'non-event' anyway and be to our advantage down the road to be used as leverage in the STPEEZ.

We have rights to two 100% blocks and two 15% blocks. These rights are ours by treaty but STP has muddied the waters on the issue by giving away some rights that seem in conflict with ours. Yes the 100%ers are free and the 15%ers are pay percentages. max
