Better check out the legitimacy of this agreement. You will find out that neither have any license to produce much less grow.
Also take your time and read the share swap and WOM agreement. Looks like it was set up so the companies involved really get nothing but have to pay World of Marihuana Productions Ltd. That is where they licensed grower part would apply. Also note the spelling of the company. They can't even get that right. Is there a reason?
