To tell you the truth, I don't feel qualified to say whether this is just a typical boilerplate disclaimer often found on pharma, new mining companies, etc. or something more serious. Luther seems to have a good take on it.
One factor to consider: even though J. Williams is out of the public eye, as far as I know he and some deep-pocketed friends are still invested here with a lot to lose or gain. Plus, some of the new board members' resumes suggest they have connections to moneyed folks. But I will wait and see if we get some other useful opinions. Not like buying the company for a few bucks or other really super funny posts.
