All nutritional products are not FDA approved prescription medications. It it because they didn't run clinical trials. No CBD is currently approved by the FDA as a medication. It has nothing to do with the companies products.
If you look at every product on the shelves of GNC, you would see the same disclaimer.
Can you show actual evidence of their importation of hemp from China? And don't bother linking to the unsubstantiated accusations from Dixie Elixirs' disgruntled ex employee who wanted to start a competing company as she never produced one shred of evidence to back up her allegations.
