I called Joe Sawyer at NDEP. Fencemaker fines have been paid in full.
Sawyer told me FLPC is not in the crosshairs of NDEP or other regulatory agencies.
I support all efforts to start mining again at Fencemaker and other properties FLPC has leases on.

To the naysayers, now why would FLPC pay and complete fines on the mine,(water issue,)
if their intent is to run away or fold the company? Wouldn't that be money wasted?
Looks like FLPC has a pulse after all.
