From what I can tell from the powered by fuse website. They are still selling products, and the copyright was updated for 2015.

Does anybody know if they are still producing and selling products?

I think the 10K mentioned that they were going to let manufacturing contracts expire but I can see them getting new ones going to support the company's new direction in Drones.
