I'm guessing the selling is coming from a very few impatient or desperate people. NO new shares being issued. They are still in negotiations with several buyers. Phillip, you do realize the RO program is just in Great Britain. Also the RO is not gone, it is just being modified because GB under estimated the demand for pellets. Also, there are many other countries in need of pellets. Don't be so short sighted.
