30000 convertible shares no good to kabir unless he builds a real company
I agree we will see an update on those remaining convertibles
soon as well as name/ticker change
nothing short term can happen with those shares as we are very close to our max authorised

I will certainly grant that the new team has an actual business which Drake never did, but the fact that they still feel the need to hold 30 billion shares of common (convertible), tells me they're not going to do what it takes to make this worthwhile as an investment.
Maybe that will change, but again, I'm not betting on it.

While a filing would be nice, with that massive share overhang, it's not going to make much of a difference.
