And the reason was remarkably simple. Almost all the transactions at 0.0001 have been marked short and all of the transactions that have gone off at 0.00001 have not.

Since there was only two transactions that day.... 1,000,000 @ 0.0001 and 1,300,000 @ 0.00001 the math was pretty simple.
