The dude pirated a ton of tickers and got caught....It's clean as he didn't get around to pumping and dumping it or doing anything with it...But someone really loaded up the share count to like 50B...It was a normal size turd before that...no one has dumped all those shares either O/S is still relatively low for that piglet....He must have been getting ready to dump when he got caught.lol....
