I still think Merger is contingent on NSAV cleaning everything from the previous management which includes the chill lift. I don't expect the the Merger to be finalized until that happens but i believe they've been working on the chill long enough that they are positive it will be lifted in due time so they were able to put out the news that they are Commencing The Merger Agreement With Bella Vida Brands Inc. IMO
