On the capital front, we have continued to finance our operations through convertible debentures, and are actively seeking alternative strategies to minimize the dilutive impact to our stakeholders, including ourselves as founders who contributed assets to the Company in return for common shares.

What people need to understand is this...

The Registrant’s obligations under the Debenture are secured by a pledge of all of the Registrant’s assets.

HUB, Marilu, Angie did not sign up to merge their companies to weeks later agree to let toxic financing destroy the companies they have built or the growth they are on the cusp of.........JMO but need to read between the lines and do some digging as to the sleeping dragon that could be unleashed here!
