Larceny by false pretense; that is specific crime SH committed. It is obtaining title to property by intentional misrepresentation of past or existing material fact. In this case the fact that tittle to Alpha was never transferred. This is part of crime of theft. It's different from larceny by trick in that SH obtained title to property, 525 million shares of Viropro. The value of those shares was 20 million dollars at time of transaction. This is grand theft for 20 million dollars.
