Makes sense to me too. Shorts would have no easy avenue to cover and PNP gets a higher price in a private sale. Cyrus, as an insider, can't buy until a few days after the quarterly filing.
I agree that if they needed to sell a large portion they could shop it and likely find a fund or funds to buy it. Especially at these levels. Agreed, no one knows at this time. The selling has been relatively orderly though which lends to distribution. That being said, there appears to be some entity out there buying in a rather smart way or we'd be down much sharper over the past couple of weeks.
