I think people are confusing matters here. In any R/S I have been involved in, the company always words things the same way with the "default" being in their favor. If you execute the proxy "properly", your vote will count towards your wishes......all others not done properly, those held by your broker and all those that don't bother to exercise their rights will be voting in favor of said amendments. Pretty simple here IMHO.
