I have definitely seen some of my buys through Scottrade posted as CDEL on L2 in the past.

It is, but they also trade for themselves. They work hand in hand with NITE, transfering shares between themselves. There were these 199,000 shares they moved around before.

And there you have it: now 530,000 at 90 to cover these sold at 93.

I think CDEL is not retail. When ever they are around, they usually have a tremendous amount of shares to dump, but not here as we have 85% vested.
