You do know that breccia pipes are identifiable from the air and ground. Dr. Wenrich and others say AZ breccia pipes are the 2nd most concentrated in the world.

The USGS estimate for U in the area is based on the "hit rate" per breccia pipe...and LBSR has hundreds.

I guess it's not important that you don't get it as long as a JV gets it.

I would suggest you don't invest here.
